Yes! Gopher Stage Lighting is pleased to announce the establishment of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) effective December 31, 2020. Over time Gopher Stage Lighting stock will be allocated to present and future employees. The ESOP is designed to assist our employees with their retirement and provide them with a financial stake in the company. We believe that shared ownership will promote a positive organizational culture which will result in the continued success of Gopher Stage Lighting.
In addition, the structure of the ESOP will empower our employees to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions which will positively impact our customers and partners. We want our employees to act and think like owners, and directly benefit from GSL’s continued success as participants in the ESOP.
