We are seeking experienced Construction Installers to join our rigging department as full-time, salaried employees. You will be crucial in executing large-scale projects that millions will see.
Qualified candidates will be considered for a lead installer position.
You will support the installation of theatrical and arena rigging systems and components. Our work can be found throughout the Midwest in high school theaters, professional venues, corporate offices, convention centers, casinos, stadiums and more.

Responsibilities
Our lead installer will:
- Manage installation teams on our rigging projects such as:
- Middle school & high school theaters
- Stadium & Arena rigging
- Corporate office tv studios and auditoriums
- Professional venue rigging systems
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment that recognizes and rewards hard work and dedication.
- Actively engage in daily operations, leading by example and working alongside team members to achieve project goals.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless execution of construction projects.
- Coordinate and layout assemblies per specifications.
All our installers will:
- Assemble, install, and secure various types of theatrical or arena rigging systems, pipe grids, theatrical draperies and track systems, per scope of work.
- Operate construction equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, man lifts, material handling lifts, etc.
- Work on job sites throughout the upper Midwest. Typical installations last from 1 day to 6 weeks.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, focusing on construction safety protocols.
Qualifications to be a lead installer:
- Proven experience in large-scale, complex installations and construction projects.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications to be a rigging installer:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Scissor lift or boom lift operation experience preferred.
- Driver license and clean driving record required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work at heights without fear.
- Physically able to lift, bend, twist and move without restrictions.
- Blueprint reading experience.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- Experience operating construction equipment and power tools preferred.
